What is Eid? 

 Muslims around the world celebrate two Eids a year: Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha (the small Eid and the big Eid).

Eid Al-Fitr

The first Eid of the year as known as Eid Al-Fitr. It marks the end of the month of Ramadan. Which is the month in which Muslims fast every day from sunrise to sunset.

Eid Al-Adha

The second and final Eid celebration of the year is called Eid Al-Adha. It commemorates the completion of the pilgrimage(Hajj). Although only pilgrims in Mecca participate in the Hajj fully. Muslims around the world celebrate Eid Al-Adha.
